Home Page
Sec. 1 is the navigation bar, which includes modules such as "Home", "Search", "Analysis", "Genome Browser", "Statistics", "Contact", and "Help".
Sec. 2 presents the timing of ZGA in five mammalian species and depicts the transition of early embryos from maternal material degradation to ZGA initiation.
Sec. 3 serves as a shortcut for querying specific genes.
Sec. 4 is the details of key ZGA genes, including motifs, references, etc.
Browser Page
This module provides users with a flexible and customizable search and analysis tool.
1. Users can tailor their queries based on species, ID, gene name, chromosome, and gene type according to their needs.
2. In addition to gene-related information, the module offers three types of ZGA gene confidence scoring criteria. Users can customize thresholds and sorting options.
3. Sequence Score (SE): Predicted results based on a gene sequence model.
4. Epigenomic Score (ES):Predicted results based on epigenetic modification intensity.
5. Fold Change (FC):Expression fold change of genes during the ZGA stage.
6. The star indicates high-confidence ZGA genes.
7. Click the button to navigate to the gene details page.
8. The modification of the thresholds for SE, FC and ES.
Gene Page
1. The k-mer frequency distribution visualization module clearly highlights the differences between the target gene and the genomic background.
2. References of the gene, click the arrow to jump to the article webpage.
3. The expression dynamics of the gene across different datasets during the ZGA stage.
Statistics Page
This module shows the data statistics of the platform.
1. The distribution of the number of genes of the species included in the platform.
2. The number of transcriptome datasets of the five species included in the platform during the ZGA period.
