Introduction
Understanding the successive critical events of human preimplantation embryos, including paternal and maternal genome reprogramming, zygotic genome activation (ZGA), and the two earliest cell-fate determina-tion events, offers new insights not only for basic developmental and infertility treatments. EMPredictor is desi-gned to predict human preimplantation embryo cell stage by key gene markers. Casual users can compare one gene expression in different stages and predict the cell stage of their sample. EMPredictor provides a conveni-ently user-friendly interface to search expression pattern of a gene and predict cell stage.
