A step-by-step guide on how to use the EMPredictor web server to get your sample labels which are E3,E4,E5,E6 or E7 stage.
Step 1.
Please provide a CSV format dataset and the eight genes expression, which refers to the dataset in textbox of home page.
CSV format:

The labels must be provided. If you do not know labels of samples, you can write random number.
Step 2.
Paste the data set into a textbox or upload a file. If you upload a file, only the data set in the uploaded file will be calculated.
Step 3.
Click classify, you will get the predicted results of the sample.
