iProbiotics has four functional divisions, each of them has its unique application. Homepage uses an intuitive diagram to show the prediction process of iProbiotics. The main functional module include Server, Browser,Statistics and Analysis, are designed for users to obtain the Predictor Service and information they focus on.
Server: The user can choose from three models and enter the genome sequence in fasta format. The three models respectively output the predicted probability of probiotics, the classification probability of probiotics, and the predicted probability of probiotics Lactobacillus.
Model 1: Predictor of both probiotic and non-probiotic strains;
Model 2: Predictor of probiotic Lactobacillus, probiotic Bifidobacterium, and other probiotics;
Model 3: Predictor of probiotic Lactobacillus and non-probiotic Lactobacillus.
Browser: Users can choose between strain and gene options to view the list of probiotic strains used for model training and the list of probiotic enriched genes.
Statistics: The Statistic module contains the statistics of probiotics and non-probiotics in the data set.
Download: Users can download the data sets of the three models at Download.
